Dr. Shiling Zhang, State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, China (Director of the IEEE New Sensing and Monitoring Technology Sub-Committee)
Dr.Shiling Zhang is currently the editorial board member of the Chinese core journal "Insulation Materials" of Peking University and the editorial board member of the Chinese core journal "Electrical Technology". He was awarded by IEEE Power & Energy Society China Technical Council as the “Power System Instrumentation & Measurement Satellite Committee-China” and “Innovative Sensing domestic and foreign and Monitoring Techniques Subcommittee” director. He also serves on the IEEE PES Substations Satellite Committee.. Director of the IEEE New Sensing and Monitoring Technology Sub-Committee, won the title of the State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company Youth May 4th Medal, the State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company Outstanding Communist Party Member, and the 2022 State Grid Corporation Science and Technology Support Youth (a total of 50 nationwide Nominated for the 2021 Top Young Talents in Chongqing.
