Dr. Shiling Zhang, State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, China (Director of the IEEE New Sensing and Monitoring Technology Sub-Committee)
Dr.Shiling Zhang is currently the editorial board member of the Chinese core journal "Insulation Materials" of Peking University and the editorial board member of the Chinese core journal "Electrical Technology". He was awarded by IEEE Power & Energy Society China Technical Council as the “Power System Instrumentation & Measurement Satellite Committee-China” and “Innovative Sensing domestic and foreign and Monitoring Techniques Subcommittee” director. Dr. Wasiq Khan, Liverpool John Moores University, UK (IEEE member)

Dr. Wasiq KHAN is a Senior Academic (SMIEEE) in Artificial Intelligence & Data Sciences within the Department of Computer Science at Liverpool John Moores University, UK. He has also been serving as a Visiting Professor of Artificial Intelligence (University of Anbar, Iraq). Wasiq received his B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Geography following an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Pakistan. At Bradford University UK, He received an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence for Board Games following by a Ph.D. in Speech Analysis & Intelligent Reasoning and a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching & Learning in Higher Education (PGCHEP). Wasiq has been leading several large-scale research projects as Senior Research Scientist and Senior Consultant in collaborations with Academic Institutions and Industry across the globe. Currently, Wasiq is leading on several ongoing research projects mostly covering Applied AI and Data science in diverse domains including: National Security (e.g., suspect identification, deep behaviour analysis), Deep facial analysis (e.g., deception detection, mental health), Smart environments (e.g., deep vision for blind people mobility aid), and Healthcare technologies (e.g., Huntington disease, autism patterns etc.). Wasiq has been publishing the research outcomes in high impact Journals and international conferences. He has been active in public engagements and impact raising activities such as news blogs & media, scientific festivals, scientific show cases, and public demonstrations. Prof, Mohamad Sawan, CenBRAIN Labs, Westlake University, China (IEEE Fellow)
Prof, Mohamad Sawan, Academician of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, Academician of the Engineering Institute of Canada, IEEE Fellow, an internationally renowned scientist in the field of smart biomedical devices, made major contributions to implantable and wearable smart medical devices based on smart microsystem technology. He has published more than 800 peer-reviewed papers, two monographs, ten monograph chapters, twelve invention patents, and 15 other patent applications are pending. He is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (2016-2019), and the associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering. He is the founder of the Polystim Neurotechnology Laboratory and the IEEE-NEWCAS International Conference, and the co-founder of the IEEE-BioCAS International Conference. Dr. Sawan hosted the IEEE International Circuits and Systems Conference (ISCAS) in Montreal in 2016 as the conference chair, and hosted the IEEE International Conference on Engineering, Medicine and Biology (EMBC) in Montreal in 2020. He has won several international awards, including Hangzhou Qianjiang Friendship Ambassador Award, Shanghai International Science and Technology Cooperation Award, Elizabeth II Jubilee Diamond Award, Lebanon Presidential Award, Barbara Turnbull Award, ACFAS-Bombardier Award, ACFAS Jacques Rousseau Award, Canada's Top Ten Inventions of the Year Award, Quebec Official Medal of Canada (Quebec's highest honor), etc.

Dr. Pavel Loskot, ZJU-UIUC Institute, China (IEEE Member)

Dr. Pavel Loskot obtained BSc degree in Biomedical Engineering and MSc degree in Radioelectronics from the Czech Technical University of Prague, Czech Republic. He was then Research Scientist and Project Manager in the Centre for Wireless Communications at the University of Oulu, Finland before moving to Canada to earn the PhD degree in Wireless Communications from the University of Alberta. Since 2007, he was a Senior Lecturer in Engineering at Swansea University, UK. He is the Senior Member of the IEEE, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, and the Recognized Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. His current research interests lie in applications of statistical signal processing methods to problems in telecommunication engineering and computational molecular biology.
Areas of Expertise: Statistical signal processing, mathematical modeling of stochastic systems, networks and distributed systems.

Prof, Maode Ma, Qatar University, Qatar (IEEE Member / ACM Singapore Chapter Chair)

Prof,Maode Ma, A Fellow of IET, received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Prof. Ma is a Research Professor in the College of Engineering at Qatar University in Qatar. Before joining Qatar University, he has been a faculty member at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for over 20 years. He has led 26 research projects funded by the government, industry, military, and universities in various countries. He has supervised 24 research students to get their Ph. D degrees. He has been a conference chair, technical symposium chair, tutorial chair, publication chair, publicity chair, and session chair for over 100 international conferences. He has been a member of the technical program committees for more than 300 international conferences. Prof. Ma has about 500 international academic publications including over 250 journal papers and about 250 conference papers. He has edited a few technical books and produced over 28 book chapters. His publication has received close to 10,000 citations in Google Scholar. He has delivered over 90 keynote speeches and 11 tutorials at various international conferences. Prof. Ma currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and the Journal of Communications. He also serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and the International Journal of Communication Systems. Prof. Ma is a senior member of the IEEE Communication Society and a member of ACM. He is now the Chair of the ACM, Singapore Chapter. He has been a Distinguished Lecturer for the IEEE Communication Society in 2013-2016 and 2023-2024.

Prof.Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences.

Prof. Gang Wang, Hefei University of Technology, China (AIS / IEEE / ACM / HKCS member)

Prof.Gang Wang, Doctor of Management, Fudan University, selected as the national talent program, director of the information management department. Deputy editor of internationally renowned journal DSS, expert of ISO/IEC TC268 working group of the International Organization for Standardization, selected as a highly cited scholar of Elsevier China in 2021 and 2022. He is mainly engaged in research in the fields of information management and information systems, data science and big data technology. Prof.Fang Hu received her Ph.D. in 2015 from the School of Computers, Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China. Dr. Hu worked at the University of West Florida as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics during 2018-2019. Prof. Lu Leng, Nanchang Hangkong University, China (IEEE/ACM/CCF/CSIG/CAAI Member)

Prof. LuLeng received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China.
